D. Randall ("Randy") Benn is a Partner in the  Washington D.C. office of  the international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP. He represents Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities, non-profits, trade associations and start-up companies before Congress, the Executive Branch and all levels of state government on a wide variety of matters.  His engagements have included work with in the areas of environment, energy, infrastructure, transportation, science, arts, housing and financial services.

An active Elder in the Presbyterian Church,  Randy's public advocacy has included work for Habitat for Humanity International, the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, the InterFaith Conference of Metropolitan Washington D.C. and the National Network for Youth.

Educated at Duke University and Duke University School of Law, Randy has been practicing in Washington D.C. since 1987. His lives with his wife and three children in Falls Church, Virginia.
