Naomi Harris Rosenblatt is a psychotherapist, author, adult Bible class teacher and dynamic speaker. Her weekly classes have included a seminar on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senators from both sides of the isle. Her roundtable discussions in Washington and New York have attracted a prestigious array of journalists, Wall Street exceutives, attorneys, and scholars. 

Naomi is the author of Wrestling with Angels: What Genesis Teaches Us About Our Spiritual Identity, Sexuality, and Personal Relationships (Dell 1995). Her most recent book is, After the Apple: Women in the Bible-Timeless Stories of Love, Lust, and Longing (Miramax Books 2005).

Born in Haifa, Israel, Naomi attended the Reali School and served in the Israeli Navy before immigrating to the United States. In response to the request of friends, she began leading Bible study groups around her dining room table and has been teaching ever since. She earned her MSW in Clinical Social Work from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and has her own private psychotherapy practice. Naomi inspires her listeners to take a fresh look at the extraordinary women of the Old Testament and view them through a contemporary lens.
